Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict requirements. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and secured properly prior to shipping. Please note that orders with multiple items are processed according to the specific item.
Before shipping, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our warehouse or factory. The stock can change at any moment. You may not receive your order after it's been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also still be in its original packaging.
